Health System Shared Services Quality and OperationsThis position will be an integral part of the Clinical Process Improvement Team and support other system level quality initiatives. Knowledge and contributions will include:
Facilitation of process improvement teams Detailed knowledge of and utilization of quality improvement tools Ability to review charts in detail Use of manual and automated data collection tools Development of automated reports and tools Project presentations. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and facilitation skills required at all levels of the organization. Strong knowledge of industry trends, best practices as they relate to the delivery of high quality & safe health care. Previous Project Management preferred. Knowledge of rapid cycle process improvement preferred. RN preferred. Minimum Education Required Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Required Qualifications Required BS in health related specialty, Masters preferred or equivalent combination of education & experience. Minimum of 5 years of healthcare quality management experience required. Demonstrates results using root cause analyses & processes required and/or other quality improvement tools. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and facilitation skills required. Strong knowledge of industry trends, best practices as they relate to the delivery of high quality & safe health care. Strong project management experience &experience using variety of quality tools required. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
