Keep reading The Client Solutions Lead will support Ordergroove's largest and most strategic clients by guiding them during both the technical implementation and post launch phases. This role is critical to the success of client relationships, ensuring they have a seamless experience while onboarding onto our platform. You'll have an aptitude for grasping technical concepts and translating them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role utilizes technical and subject matter expertise to enable our most strategic clients, navigating them through their integration challenges, and creating customized solutions to deliver upon their goal - igniting their businesses recurring revenue potential. You'll know you're successful when you deliver technical projects on time and on budget, while exceeding the client's expectations with high quality solutions. What you will do:
Project manage and oversee the technical systems integration of Ordergroove and our most strategic and complex clients technology and eCommerce stacks from start to finish. Work with our clients C-suite to understand their system integration requirements while translating business requirements into technical requirements for development teams. Including project plans, SOW's, development tickets, and other technical documentation. Effectively communicate with all project stakeholders (written and verbal), and maintain alignment on expectations of scope, timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables throughout the project. Guide technical clients on leveraging Ordergroove's technology and configurations to integrate it with their eCommerce platforms successfully. Perform various initial implementation, setup, optimization, and configuration tasks to launch and maintain client relationship commerce programs. Work with stakeholders to perform end-to-end QA and UAT to ensure a high-quality launch -- Troubleshoot and debug where necessary. Provide feedback to Product, Engineering, CS, and Sales teams to inform our strategy and roadmaps to deliver continuous improvement. People manage and mentor a small team of members of the Professional Services team. About you:

years of experience project managing technical API integrations of 3rd party apps and software into SaaS or eCommerce platforms; must be comfortable reading logs, source code, querying DBs. 5
years of direct experience working with APIs, SDKs, webhooks, SQL, Javascript, HTML/CSS, XML, JSON, and front-end troubleshooting. Demonstrated technical background with API integrations; should be comfortable reading logs, source code, querying DBs. An understanding of eCommerce best practices, including how to migrate data from one platform to another. A tech enthusiast -- You enjoy working with and are eager to work with new and different types of technology. A creative problem solver -- You have a high output and a low ego approach with a willingness to roll up your sleeves to dive in to find solutions. Comfortable working in a startup environment where a playbook for all tasks, activities, and challenges doesn't yet exist. Experience with technical writing and documentation. Experience working directly with developers and other highly technical roles. Attention to detail, highly organized, and an absolute focus on quality of work. Technical experience working directly with Shopify, installing 3rd party apps into it, managing storefronts, and customizing theme code/liquid. Retail experience. Experience with payment gateways and processors. Experience with other eCommerce platforms such as SFCC, Magento, and BigCommerce. Experience managing high performing teams.
