Contributes in the planning, design, development and implementation of integrated technology solutions that support and enhance the ServiceNow platform for the Wexner Medical Center. Responsible for the engineering, build, configuration, integration, performance optimization, and end-to-end testing of ServiceNow platform to ensure stability, reliability and acceptable performance. Plans and validates upgrades of infrastructure and support systems in accordance with ITIL best practices. Responsible for build projects that range from medium to large in scope, risk and impact. Contributes to strategic projects by evaluating and researching new and existing products, procedures and/or workflows needs associated with the ServiceNow for the Wexner Medical Center. Researches current and developing technologies to provide technical guidance pertaining to the capabilities, limitations and requirements of the ServiceNow platform. Minimum Education Required Bachelor's Level Degree Minimum Qualifications For Hire:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field desired, and 5 years of cloud engineering experience, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills Work in Agile SDLC methodologies for Analysis, Design, coding, Testing and promotion into Production. Create Notifications to send communication from the system to the various teams in the organization. Develop responsive user interface web pages in ServiceNow Service portal using Angular JS, CSS, Bootstrap, MVC Architecture. System integration experience using API, web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP Create Transform maps to import data into ServiceNow tables by mapping field value. Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management or other ITSM application Maintenance and continuous improvement of the processes, standards, policies, working methods and tools. Ensure configuration consistency and processes are in place to have a development/ test/ production environment that is reliable and reproducible. Perform installation and testing of ServiceNow updates and new releases in a timely manner with minimal or no disruption to IT operations. Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions. Develop, Implement and maintain Tables, Database views, Access Controls, Business Rules, Script Includes, Workflows, Reports, Catalog Items, UI Scripts, Client Scripts and UI Policies, Events within ServiceNow platform. Work closely with IT team and business users to build requested items using workflows to manage processes from customers to fulfillment teams. Participate in ongoing production support and end user support. Develop technical and operational Dashboards and data analysis reports to monitor IT Services/ IT operations. Work on creating custom scripts using JavaScript and Advanced Object-oriented concepts like arrays, JSON objects to encapsulate the data. Design custom Macros and custom UI formatters to provide the best end user experience.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
