You'll have the following responsibilities Sales Knowledge & Planning Develop a territory plan prioritizing target customer accounts and tracking progress from initial engagement to opportunity closure. The plan will show the pipeline required to support territory ICV and revenue targets. Develop the sales account/campaign plan, across the Sales Opportunity team, ensuring everyone understands their role and responsibility. Develop and maintain appropriate product and commercial knowledge in line with BT Security and Global strategy. Sales Execution Works with Operations, Finance, Contracts, Legal, Account Executives, and others across multiple service lines (Deal Team) to develop partnership and commercial proposals both for proactive client development and client issued Request for Proposals (RFPs) Drive and motivate the Sales Opportunity team to grow, acquire and defend profitable business using long term GS contracts whenever possible. Build and maintain senior relationships internally with all key stakeholders and externally with all appropriate clients. Co-ordinate Executive Deal Reviews including training deal teams on review format and content and working to ensure proper representation of Executives. Review client RFPs to identify specifications that impact cost and risk, identify discrepancies in RFP documents and generate questions for operational teams and clients Interact with the Proposal Team to ensure consistency between the written proposal document and the desired commercial positioning or commercial structure if one is provided Sales Administration Provide accurate, timely reports for senior management Operate within SG&A budgets both personally and across the team, ensuring that all SG&A expenditure is measured and recorded appropriately and correctly Ensure Commission claim form is submitted monthly with supporting evidence You'll have the following skills & experience 10 years' experience selling MSSP security services to Fortune 500 companies Comfortable and proven track record of selling $1M plus security solutions Existing relationships with CISO contacts at Fortune 500 companies Strong technical security skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and the people skills to negotiate and liaise with stakeholders internally and externally at the most senior levels. Passionate about sales and sharing their experience and knowledge to build and coach a team to success. Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
